About Provider

Dr. Matloff earned his Medical Degree at Tufts University School of Medicine, where he was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honors Society. He continued his training at the Mount Sinai Hospital in New York, and served as Chief Resident. He completed his gastroenterology fellowship at Mount Sinai, before moving to Connecticut, where he has practiced for over 10 years. Over that time, he has become very highly regarded for the personalized care he provides to his patients.

Dr. Matloff joins us at PACT Gastroenterology Center after serving on the faculty at Yale University School of Medicine. His areas of expertise include colon cancer prevention in high risk individuals, office-based hemorrhoid treatment, and imaging of the small bowel using video capsule endoscopy.

Originally from Boston, Massachusetts, Dr. Matloff lives in Fairfield County and enjoys skiing, tennis, and spending time with his family and friends.
