About Provider

Dr. Kevin is a graduate of WVU Medicine’s UHC Family Medicine Residency Program and obtained his M.D. from St. George’s University School of Medicine in Grenada, West Indies. He is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. He delivers comprehensive, well-rounded care from adolescence through every stage of life, with an emphasis on prevention, chronic disease management, patient education, and in-office procedures. He believes great family medicine is built on taking the time to know his patients, developing lasting relationships, and caring for the whole person—not just the concern that brings them in today. When he’s not in clinic, you’ll find him lifting weights alongside his wife, Dr. J Tharakan, chasing his two kids, or building the next Lego masterpiece with them.
