Physicians Alliance of Connecticut (PACT) is a multi-specialty medical group that is led and operated by over 30 physician partners and more than 100 healthcare providers. Our providers have chosen to join PACT in order to maximize efficiency while maintaining a private-practice style of providing healthcare that emphasizes quality care and individualized service.
PACT practices welcome new patients for consultations, diagnostic evaluation and medical treatment. All PACT divisions are committed to healthcare excellence, innovation, safety and quality in private-practice patient care in the New Haven area of Connecticut.

“Dr. Puchalski was my doctor at Yale after I was diagnosed with cancer on the lining of my lung. I had a buildup of fluid, called a pleural effusion, that had to be extracted. Dr. Puchalski did a great job extracting the fluid from my lung and also performed a tube thoracostomy that I needed. He inserted a catheter into my pleural space to continue to drain the fluid. Dr. Puchalski was always informative, treated me in a professional way, and, a year later, made me laugh as he pulled out the tubing I was so petrified of having him do. I highly recommend him.”
