About Provider

Dr. Lazarides is board certified in internal medicine from the American Board of Internal Medicine. He has been in practice for more than 10 years in the New Haven area. Dr. Lazarides grew up in Norwalk and attended Fairfield College Preparatory School. He graduated from Boston College with a B.S. in biochemistry and received a master’s degree in medical sciences from Harvard Extension School. Following graduate school, he received his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine. Dr. Lazarides completed his internal medicine residency training at Robert Wood Johnson – Muhlenberg campus, an affiliate of the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. Upon completing his residency he was chosen to continue as chief resident.

Dr. Lazarides teaches medical students and residents attending the Frank H. Netter M.D. School of Medicine at Quinnipiac University and Yale School of Medicine. He also serves the geriatric community in numerous long-term care facilities throughout the area and participates as a medical director. He is an assistant medical director at the Constellation Health Services’ hospice center. He is a member of the American College of Physicians and is pursuing further medical certifications via post-graduate courses with the American Medical Directors Association.

As a primary care physician, Dr. Lazarides’ defining goal is to provide open-minded, understanding and consistent medical care to his patients. His hospital privileges include Yale-New Haven Hospital Saint Raphael campus and Milford Hospital.

Dr. Lazarides resides in Trumbull, Connecticut with his wife and their two children and enjoys spending time with his family, reading and playing soccer.
