Guilford, CT (June 1, 2021) Physicians Alliance of Connecticut (PACT), a partner of Hartford HealthCare is pleased to announce the expansion of their primary care group, PACT Primary Care Guilford (formerly West Haven Medical Group) to serve their growing patient base.
The PACT Primary Care Guilford’s medical providers include Dr. Joseph A. Balsamo, MD. Dr. Balsamo is board certified in internal medicine and recently voted ‘Best Family Doctor Winner’ in the 2021 New Haven Register’s Poll. Dr. Balsamo is a renowned provider in the area who has practiced internal medicine for over 32 years.
