If your physician is a PACT member, this means that your provider chose to invest in PACT in order to maintain independence in the way his or her practice is run. It also means that, with PACT, your physician has the support of a highly efficient medical services group that enables your physician to focus on providing quality healthcare. If you have a medical condition that requires a referral to another healthcare provider, your PACT provider may refer you to another PACT member or to a non-PACT member, depending on what best suits your medical needs.
