Dr. Schwartz Wins LeadingAge Connecticut Humanitarian Award

Dr. Schwartz of PACT Primary Care Wallingford Awarded the 2021 LeadingAge Connecticut Humanitarian Award

Wallingford, CT (October 14, 2021) Dr. Ronald Schwartz, M.D. Geriatrics, Hospice and Palliative and Internal Medicine at PACT Primary Care Wallingford, is the recipient of the 2021 LeadingAge Connecticut Humanitarian Award. The prestigious LeadingAge Connecticut Humanitarian Award is presented to an individual whose personal integrity and contributions to the elderly best exemplify the ideals of the LeadingAge Connecticut member organizations and their mission.

“I’ve devoted my medical career to the care of the elderly, and am proud to say that I’ve been working for Masonicare for over 26 years!,” said Dr. Schwartz. “I can’t think of anything that I would want to be recognized for, than to be given the LeadingAge Humanitarian Award. It truly gives meaning to me and my career in Geriatric medicine, said” Dr. Schwartz.

LeadingAge Connecticut is a membership organization that represents over 130 not-for-profit organizations serving the elderly and disabled adults. This organization provides guidance to long term care organizations, in helping them to adhere to high standards, and provide the optimum service, to the elderly individuals in our care, including housing services, nursing home assistance, residential care homes, adult day services, home health agency access and assisted living community access. LeadingAge is the national partner of LeadingAge Connecticut.
