We are pleased to announce that our West Haven location has relocated effective March 1st 2023. Our 687 Campbell Avenue location has been closed and the brand-new state-of-the-art facility at 1 Cellini Place, suite 102, West Haven, CT 06516 has opened. This new facility is better equipped to provide our patients with the care they have come to expect from our dedicated team of healthcare professionals.
