When considering a career with us, employee benefits are an essential part of the compensation package for you to evaluate. We provide a comprehensive benefits package as highlighted below.

  • Medical, Dental and Vision Coverage
    Our finance, HR, and C-Suite team reviewed the options for our employees extensively and determined to offer the best medical plan that is financially beneficial to our employees. PACT and PACT MSO offer 1 medical plan, which is a low premium/high deductible with a Health Savings Account.  We also contribute dollars to eligible employee’s HSA accounts on a quarterly basis.  Our dental and vision plans cover the fundamentals and options for our employees.
  • Paid Time Off
    Full-Time employees are eligible for Paid Time Off, as well as both full-time and part-time employees receive paid holidays, sick time and personal days. Time off is offered yearly based on your employment status and years of service. PACT and PACT MSO observe six legal holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving and Christmas Day. 
  • Short-Term Disability, Long Term Disability and Life Insurance
    Short-term disability, Long Term Disability and Life insurance is provided to full employees at no cost. There is also an option to purchase additional coverage for you and your family.
  • Retirement Savings
    Eligible employees are automatically enrolled in the defined contribution 401(k) plan once eligible to begin contributing. You can contribute a percentage of your eligible pay on a pre-tax basis through payroll deduction. Retirement savings programs are managed by Transamerica.  The company will begin contributing 3% of annual earnings after a year of service provided employees meet the simple requirements.
  • Life & Accident Insurance
    Full and part-time employees are automatically enrolled for basic life and accident insurance at no cost, effective on the first day of the month after 30 days of employment.
  • Employee Wellness Programs
    PACT and PACT MSO offer Wellness Rewards through our medical insurance company as well as employee assistance programs.
